How quickly will I receive my order?
We usually have all items in stockand are despatched by First Class post the same day if ordered before 3.30pm. They should reach you within 2-3 days. If there is a delay we will contact you.

What price can I expect to pay?

The price you pay is that shown on the website at the time of ordering. However we do reserve the right to change prices without notice if the costs change.

How much is Packing and Postage?

Packing and postage for all orders in the UK is £2.50 regardless of order value.

Packing and postage for orders to mainland Europe £3.50.

Packing and postage for orders to the rest of the world up to £30 is £5.50.

For orders over £30.00 we will contact you to advise you of the cost for packing and postage.

Is there any tax to pay?

Value Added Tax (VAT) is included at the standard rate of 17.5% in the UK. Any local taxes are excluded.

Can I cancel or return an ordered item?
Whatever reason for return (cancellation or faulty item), please contact us first.
You have the right to cancel your order and we will refund the order total minus a 10% admin fee. If your order has already been shipped and you return it to us, it must be done within 7 days of receipt, in the original packaging, unused. The return is at your cost and we will refund the original cost minus 10% admin fee & our postage cost.

We cannot accept returns for bodycare items for reasons of hygeine.

We personally inspect all items before shipping, so you should not receive a faulty item. However, if this should happen, we will of course accept return of the item. In such a case, please contact us by e-mail or telephone within 14 days of receipt of the item. Postage & insurance cost for returns are your responsibilty. You can choose to receive a replacement, if we can get one, or to have a refund. This refund would be the total cost of your original purchase.

Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of your return.

How secure are my details and do you pass them on?
The only personal details we need from you are your title, full name & address. Please note that the order must show the cardholders full address for the purpose of fraud prevention. We will be pleased to post the items to an alternative or gift address.

How secure is your card payment system?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and so when you have filled your basket and select to go to Check Out, you will enter our Secure Site. Here you will enter your address details for the delivery. Once you have done that you will continue to the next page, where you can choose how to finish your order and there are three payment methods:
